Contact [email protected] or call +1 (562) 516-5162 within 30 days of your purchase to request a full refund. State that you are requesting a refund and include your name, purchase date, and order or membership reference if available. Do not email full payment card details.

Cancellation requests

Use the same contact details to request cancellation. State clearly whether you are requesting cancellation, a refund, or both, and ask for written confirmation of the account status and any future billing.
