What we do
We help drivers and fleets organize citation information, understand the intake process, and coordinate citation-defense support. When a matter requires legal representation and an attorney is available, we help connect the driver with an independent attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
What independent attorneys do
An independent attorney decides whether to accept a matter, explains the scope and cost of representation, provides legal advice, develops legal strategy, and represents the driver when agreed. An inquiry or membership does not itself create an attorney-client relationship.
A process built for drivers on the road
- Share the basic citation, court, location, and deadline information.
- The service team reviews the inquiry and identifies the next coordination step.
- If representation is needed and available, an independent licensed attorney evaluates the matter.
